The Bradfordville Volunteer Fire Station 🚒 located in Tallahassee, FL was commissioned by Leon County to serve the surrounding community.
This ground up metal building consists of state of the art equipment and facilities including:

🚨 ADA parking pad & landscaping
🚨 custom roll up door to allow fire truck access
🚨 automatic cross ventilation carbon monoxide system
🚨 ADA compliant bathroom/shower area

City of Tallahassee City Hall 4th Floor Renovation

This project involved a complete renovation of the 4th Floor Procurement Office of City Hall for the City of Tallahassee. With its sleek modular design, this renovation included updated flooring, acoustical ceilings, paint, fixtures, and so much more to add functionality and efficiency with modern upgrades to this office space. The renovation included a conference room, collaboration area, and several custom spaces for directors, senior staff, and management.

Town of Havana community center
Completed in 2020
We were thrilled to take on this project located in our hometown of Havana, FL that entailed an addition and remodel to the existing Havana Fire Station. The Hazel Baker Community Center provides a facility that the Town of Havana can utilize for years to come. Complete with a functional kitchen area, a large gathering space for community events, and new bathrooms, Tip Top Construction was able to finish this project under budget and on time while fulfilling our mission of delivering a top quality finished project.
