This project was a buildout in the Varsity Plaza building for a national corporate client that had a very strict timeline.  TTCI was about to help our client expedite the permitting process and create this proto type buildout.  This buildout was one of the first CAVA's with this updated design, and will be a model for other CAVA restaurants around the county.

We are thrilled to showcase our latest triumph in the construction realm – the successful completion of Canopy Road Cafe, a high-end brunch destination situated on the vibrant north side of Tallahassee. Employing an efficient design-build process, we expedited the construction sequence, ensuring a seamless and timely project delivery. The restaurant now stands as a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, boasting exquisite custom millwork that adds a touch of sophistication. The solid surface countertops not only elevate the aesthetic appeal but also guarantee durability. Our comprehensive approach extended beyond aesthetics, encompassing the installation of state-of-the-art electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality. 

  A complete renovation of an old bar in Midtown Tallahassee, the Lemon and Thyme project evolved into a much needed venture in the Capital City - a new, healthy & fresh fast casual dining experience. This innovative, one of a kind custom restaurant features solid surface Corian countertops, custom-built cabinets, a beautiful custom-made table, a white maple slat wall, luxury vinyl floors, multiple custom murals, and custom tile work. Lemon and Thyme, along with TTCI, created a space that was perfect for their needs -  unique and aesthetically pleasing while maintaining functionality.

 Kairos Mediterranean is a casual Mediterranean franchise based out of South Carolina.   

This build-out features a custom millwork package, wall tile, wallpaper, LVT flooring, a stone accent wall, a brick accent wall, rubber mat flooring (eco grip) in the kitchen for an easier clean, commercial air scrubbers in the dining area to enhance the cleanliness of the air amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and a new storefront system. The end product was a flawless design  and the owner of the franchise has used various products and solutions offered by TTCI in his future restaurant’s designs.
