Varsity Plaza Building 400 stands proudly as Tip Tops Construction's latest construction project, embodying modernity and functionality. This architectural marvel is a block and steel structure spanning an impressive 6,500 square feet. To bring this project to life, TTCI meticulously demolished two aging buildings, breathing new life into the space. With precision and dedication, the project was completed within budget, adhering to the agreed-upon timeline. Today, Varsity Plaza Building 400 is bustling with activity as it welcomes three new restaurants creating a bustling hub for Tallahassee foodies.

Dillon Candy company

Completed in 2021

Located in Boston, Georgia, this local home-grown candy company wanted to expand their existing warehouse by adding on a store front to showcase their specialties. Tip Top Construction, Inc. implemented this ground up construction project with precision, attention to the exquisite details, and utilizing innovative products. This combination created a beautifully designed space, both inside and out, that is show stopping in every way.

Burlington Coat Factory

Completed in 2018

This 38,000 square foot building underwent a complete renovation to transform into a functional and modern space for Burlington Coat Factory to make the seamless transition into their new home. Installing state of the art technology, incorporating sleek finishes, and finishing ahead of the corporate office's schedule, we were proud to be a part of bringing Tallahassee this shopping experience.

Hearth & Soul

Completed in 2015

Hearth and Soul is a place of business located in the popular Market Square that opened in September of 2015. It has been a pleasure working with the owner, Susie Busch-Trasou, and multiple designers to complete their vision of creating a warm and inviting shopping experience. Tip Top Construction takes great pride in taking a unique and custom idea and transforming it into a reality.

Tip Top Construction, Inc. enjoys working with their customers to create a space that fulfills their particular business needs. FUMA Cigar Social located in the heart of Tallahassee was an exciting project to bring to life.
